Avoid High Humidity and Water
Biopreserved flowers are susceptible to deterioration if exposed to high humidity or water. Be sure to store them in a dry environment, away from areas prone to moisture accumulation.
Prevent Color Transfer
If you have intensely colored everlasting flowers, be careful not to place them near light-colored fabrics, as this may cause color transfer, staining the materials. Store them separately or use protective barriers to maintain the integrity of both the flowers and the fabrics.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To keep your eternal flowers vibrant and flawless, dust them gently or use a cold air blast to remove any unwanted particles. Avoid using water or cleaning products, as they may compromise the preservation process.
Shipping & Returns
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of the Customer receiving the order or from the date indicated by the tracking number, exclusively for intact items (any damage caused by shipping is not included).
The Customer is required to inform us via email before proceeding with the return.

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order by the Customer or from the date indicated by the tracking number, exclusively in the following cases:
• Wrong item received.
• The item does not meet expectations (e.g. damaged packaging).
• The item has defects.
• Delivery exceeded the expected time.
The returned product must be in the original packaging, securely wrapped and free from damage. This means that the item must be adequately protected inside a cardboard box, preferably the same one used for shipping to the Customer, to ensure its safety during transport.
